Run MTM HMS on your own computer
The full system, installed on one computer in your clinic. It works without internet; other computers in the clinic use it over your office network.
Install in 3 steps
- Download the file (386 MB). It is the complete system with its own server: nothing else to install.
- Unzip it: right-click the downloaded file > Extract All > Extract.
- Install: open the extracted folder and double-click bizcounthms.exe.exe. Follow the steps, then open the system from the shortcut it creates and enter your clinic name and the administrator's login.
If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", click More info > Run anyway. If your antivirus asks, allow it.
What you get
- Every department: front desk, doctor, laboratory, pharmacy, billing with M-Pesa, wards, clinics and reports
- 14 days free, then pay monthly or yearly from the Subscription page inside the system
- Works without internet; internet is only needed for M-Pesa, SMS, eTIMS and SHA
- Your data stays on your computer: keep backups
You need
- A Windows 10 or 11 computer (4 GB memory or more), kept on during clinic hours
- About 2 GB of free disk space
- Internet only for the download and for M-Pesa, SMS, eTIMS and SHA
- Other computers in the clinic open it over the office network (Wi-Fi or cable)
