What happens when the free trial ends?
Pay from the Subscription page inside your system, by M-Pesa prompt on your phone or with an M-Pesa or bank code. If you don't pay, the system locks until you do. Your records are kept and nothing is deleted.
Who can see our patient records?
Only the staff accounts you create. Each clinic has its own separate database and its own upload folder, and you decide what each role can see, from receptionist to doctor to cashier.
Does it work with SHA and private insurers?
Yes, on plans that include claims. Mark a patient's cover, split the bill between the insurer and the patient, and send the insurer's share as a claim. You can then follow each claim until it is paid or rejected.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Open your clinic's address in any modern browser on a computer, tablet or phone. You need an internet connection while you work.
Can we move from another system?
Yes. Contact us before you sign up and we will help you bring in your patient list, prices and medicines.
Can we change plan or add staff later?
Yes. Upgrade or change plan from the Subscription page at any time. A bigger plan unlocks more departments and staff accounts straight away.
